I don’t know about you, but whenever I go into a grocery store for a bottled water run I get kinda sad! I see all these flavored water beverages and want them all SO BADLY. Then I look at the ingredients, and as usual, find that there is sugar in there and have to put it back. To me it doesn’t matter if it’s white sugar or high fructose since your body thinks it’s the same thing. Why oh why can’t fruit be the sweetener in beverages? And if it isn’t the sugar that’s the problem, it’s food dye or something else.
Normally I just like my water with lemon, but after a workout, I really enjoy changing it up. Who doesn’t like tasty electrolytes after a workout? And believe me, this drink is tasty.
